O'Leary & Rizzalli
Irish traditional music, folk and roots — guitar, bouzouki and two voices, played by two people who have done enough miles together to stop counting the bars.
Two players, one arrangement
Jack O'Leary and Christian Rizzalli play Irish traditional music, folk and roots, along with original material of their own. Guitar and bouzouki, melody and drive, arranged properly rather than thrashed through.
The duo plays across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales — folk clubs, listening rooms, festivals, halls and the kind of bar where people actually listen. Their recording Live at Hunting Ground was made in front of an audience, which is the honest version of what they sound like.
Between them they also play with MunsterBucks and in the four-piece show Finding Magic, so a night can be scaled up if the room calls for it.
Live at Hunting Ground
